Eligibility For Admission
Admission to all courses is done as per the rules prescribed by Government of UP & Government of India / AICTE from time to time and approved by the APJ. ABDUL KALAM Technical University, Lucknow. Candidates are advised to always mention the Institute Code in the admission form during counseling. The Institute Code of Babu Sunder Singh Institute of Technology & Management is 648 and BTE Code is 289 .The eligibility criteria for admission to various courses is as under.

For admission to first year of B.Tech. candidate must have clearly passed intermediate examination of U. P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board /University and securing minimum 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST Category candidates) without grace in required each compulsory subjects and one optional subject taken together as given.
Compulsory Subjects : Physics & Mathematics
Anyone of the following Subjects : Chemistry/ Bio-Technology /
Biology / Technical Vocational subject

(A) Candidates who have passed ‘three years Engg. Diploma from an Institution located in U.P. with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) OR ‘whose parents (Father or mother) are domicile of Uttar Pradesh’ and he/she has passed three years Engg. Diploma with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) recognized by the Board of Technical Education, U.P., in any branch of are eligible for admission to Second year in anybranch of .
(B) Candidates who have passed ‘three years B.Sc. degree and passed XII standard with mathematics as one of the subject' from any recognized University; securing minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in aggregate, are also eligible for admission to second year in any branch of

Fee Structure
The information regarding the fee for the courses can be collected from the college. Fee will be as per norms of APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University and Uttar Pradesh Fee Fixation Committee.
Hostel Fee
The student has to pay the Hostel fee separately per year, which includes charges of fooding & lodging (Excluding caution money). Fees once deposited will not be refunded except certain conditions. The hostel fee has to be deposited at the time of admission.
Refund of Fee
If the student wishes to leave in mid of the session, the student will be expected to deposit entire fee for that year before obtaining NOC. The fee and the other charges paid at the time of admission or during the courses are non-refundable. However any security deposit the caution money will be refunded only after the completion of the course.
